Mango Sunrise Smoothie Recipe
1 large nectarine(s), (peel-on), roughly chopped (may substitute 1 cup fresh or frozen peach slices)
1 cup(s) mango(es), chunks, fresh or frozen
1 banana(s), cut into slices, fresh or frozen
6 ounce(s) yogurt, nonfat, vanilla, (preferably Greek)*
1 cup(s) milk, lowfat (1%)
ice cubes, 3-5
Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy.
Serving size: 2 cups.
