Milk Chocolate Frosting
semi sweet chocolate 6 1/2 oz (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
confectioners' sugar, sifted 2 cups
milk 1/4 cup
butter, softened 1/4 cup (1/2 stick)
vanilla extract 2 tsp
In sauce pan... add chocolate and butter...
Melt them until smooth... transfer in mixing bowl and cool
Add sifted sugar... and vanilla and mix well
You will get a smooth creamy icing.
