Mirch Masala Kaleji Recipe By Chef Zakir

Mirch Masala Kaleji recipe by Chef Zakir. This delightful Main Course recipe of Mirch Masala Kaleji can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.

½ kg mutton liver
1 onion
2 tomatoes
250 grams green chilies
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Lemon juice of a lemon
½ cup dry achaar masala
2 tbsp khatai powder
1 tbsp crushed red chili
1 tsp turmeric
Salt as required
¼ cup oil


In a bowl mix together achaar masala, a little oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala. Cut the liver into slices.
Heat oil in a wok, add sliced liver and fry till its color is changed. Then add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder.  Fry for a few minutes.
Now add stuffed green chilies and simmer on low flame. Dish it out and serve hot.

I once ate this food when I was in Lahore. My aunt made masala kaleji recipe for me and I loved it very much. Now I have the recipe to try this and I am surely gonna try this recipe at least once.

According to Chef Zakir's recipe, masala kaleji recipe duration is not much but we need much ingredients for the praparation of it. I sacrifice goat in Bakra Eid, and my first step to cook kaleji. I always follow the same recipe of Kaleji.

Chef zakir not take much time to make it fry, if you make more it becomes to start hard that is the reason behind it.

The recipe by chef zakir is very different from the other recipes and its looking much better to the other recipe. I make kaleji in the first day of every bakra eid.
