شکر پارے (INGREDIENTS)

الائچی پاؤڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 پاؤ
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 90 گرام
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 100 گرام
شیرے کے لیے:
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 پاؤ

METHOD

سب سے پہلے 90 گرام گھی پگھلا کر اس میں 100 گرام پانی، 1 پاؤ الائچی پاؤڈر ڈال کر اس میں مکس کر لیں۔ پھر اس میں 1 پاؤ میدہ ڈال کر سخت آٹا گوند لیں۔ پھر گوندھے ہوئے آٹے میں سے بڑے پیڑے بنالیں اور بڑی روٹی بنالیں اور ڈائمنڈ شیپ کی ٹکڑیاں کاٹ کر کڑک فرائی کرلیں۔ پھر گاڑھا شیرا بنا کر اس میں شکر پارے شامل کردیں.
