INGREDIENTS

1 packet noodles
½ kg beef
250 grams capsicum
6 fresh red chilies
8 tulsi leaves
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup oil
10 cloves of garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp crushed red chilies

METHOD

Heat ½ cup oil and fry 10 cloves of garlic.

When food is fragrant, add ½ kg beef and fry it on high flames.

Then low flames and add 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp salt and 6 fresh red chilies and close lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Now add 250 grams capsicum, 1 packet noodles, 4 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp brown sugar and mix it together properly.

In the end, garnish it with 8 tulsi leaves and turn of the stove.

Spicy Beef Noodles are ready to serve.
