Ingredients
  1. 2 packets cottage cheese
  2. 1/2 kg spinach
  3. 1 packet fresh cream
  4. 4 garlic cloves
  5. 4 green chilies
  6. 1/2 cup oil
  7. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  8. to taste Salt
Method
  • Boil 1/2 kg spinach in the same water as you soaked it. In a cooking pot, add spinach, salt to taste and 1 packet fresh cream.
  • Now add 2 packets of cottage cheese cut into cubes to a pan and fry until they are
  • slightly brown. Spread cheese cubes on top of spinach.
  • For baghar, saute 4 cloves of garlic and apply baghar on Spinach. Top with 4 green chilies and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and serve.
