Ingredients
  1. Roasted sweet potato 2 cups
  2. Coco powder ¼ cup
  3. Icing sugar 2tbsp
  4. Milk ½ cup
  5. Instant espresso powder ½ tsp
  6. Almonds 8-10
Method
  • Boil and peel sweet potatoes
  • Now grind 8-10 almonds with ½ cup milk.
  • Then add mixture in pan and cook until it boils.
  • Add 2 tbsp icing sugar, 1/2 tsp of instant espresso and ½ cup of coco powder and allow to cook.
  • Now put ½ cup milk, prepared chocolate sweet potato in food processor to form a paste.
  • Serve Chill Sweet potato Chocó pudding.
