Tuna Fish Rice

1 can (185Gm) Tuna fish
to taste Salt & pepper
2 cups Boiled basmati rice
1 large Onion. Chopped
1 large Capsicum finely chopped
1 large Tomato small cubes with out pulp
1/2 bunch Green coriander leaves chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika or red chili powder
01 tsp Lemon juice
Take a bowl, put the Tuna fish meat, add salt & pepper
to tastes, lemon juice, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, Tomato cubes small, chopped
green coriander leaves, Paprika or red chili powder & boiled basmati rice.
Mix them gently & properly.
Tuna rice salad is ready.Serve it on a platter.
