INGREDIENTS

½ kg potatoes
¼ sweet potato
¼ kg yam
6 green chillies (ground)
A small piece of ginger
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp cumin seeds
Juice of half lemon
Green cocnut to taste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves (chopped)
300 grams oil for frying

METHOD

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes, sweet potato and yam next , blind in all the ingredients (except oil) in to the mash. From into small balls and flatten

Heat the oil till smoking and fry two or three vadas together, till golden brown
