Ingredients
  1. Noodles 1 packet
    Chopped capsicum 4
    Chopped cabbage 1
    Carrot grated 2
    Mince ½ kg
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 4
    Fresh red chilies 6
    Salt to taste
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Chicken cube with flour                1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Chopped onion 1
    Oil ½ cup
    Sugar  1 tsp
Method
  • Boil noodles and add 2 tbsp oil in it. When the noodles are boiled drain the water put some oil in it and keep them aside. Now take some oil in the pan and add in chopped onion. fry it till golden brown. Add in ½ kg mince and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Now add in chopped capsicum, 2 grated carrots, 1 chopped cabbage, red chilies, crushed black pepper, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp chicken cube with flour. Cook it well and add in the noodles. In the end add in 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp white vinegar. Mix everything and serve hot.
