Say No To Smoking

About 40% of man & 12%woman in pakistan are smoking in pakistan and this percentage is increasing rapidly. smoking is addiction, it damages the brain cells and effect the way your body works. It may cause heart diseases n lung cancer. In a cigratte tar, nicotine and carbomonoxide is present, injorous for health. smoking is total wastage of money.In Pakistan under 18's are not allowed to smoke but no one implements this law.

Smoking is become more common in youth...as a fashion (sorry... but it's a fact) now they have to think... have to take firm stand. No one can rectify them but their own selves if they want to perform active part as a good citizen and pakistani and obviously an ideal person.
