RESPECTING women does not mean that they need special treatment. It means treating them equally without being biased about their gender. It also means acknowledging their opinion.
In Pakistan, the story of a number of women’s’ life begins as an undesirable child. The journey of a woman at any stage of her life can be extremely beautiful or extremely disastrous, depending on what kind of men are around her. That means their lives are unpredictable.
We are living without involving Islam in our lives but verbally we call ourselves Muslims. In Islamic society, the woman has an honoured position and, besides her legal and civil rights, enjoys special respect, love, affection and gentle feelings, which she deserves the most.
A society is worthless if its women do not feel respected and secure.
Today a lot of men are influenced by films and even friends to treat women like they are sexual objects. This, however, is wrong. Boys from an early age should be taught the importance of respecting the opposite gender.
“A man who treats his woman like a princess is a proof
That he has been born and raised in the arm of a queen”
Women empowerment is not letting them have whatever they want; it is about giving them basic rights and making them aware that they are an important part of society and have equal rights. Women empowerment refers to “the ability of women to transform economic and social development when empowered to fully contribute in the decisions that affect their lives.”
Nothing is weaker or smaller than the man who hurts women or children whether by his actions or by his words. We need to promote a culture where respecting women comes first. Besides, they should be treated as an equal to the other members of society. Only then can we excel in being a progressive and strong society.
MEN NEVER RAPE.
YES REAL MEN NEVER RAPE.
MAKING MUSCLES AND GROWING BEARD IS NOT
THE REAL DEFINITION OF BEING A MAN.
RESPECTING WOMEN DEFINITELY IS.
