Pakistan Karachi is the main city and also far from immune of global rising temperature. Scientists have already warned that after sometime the heat wave more frequent and power full for the citizens due to climate change .Death toll has now risen above 700 by high humidity , load shedding and low water supply. basically heat wave is based on high temperature .Temperature belongs to the constructions of houses we have sealed our houses and there is no ventilation not only this short term plantation is also main reason our energy requirement become low and there is no dissipation of heat from the soil as well the main problem of Karachi is population of Karachi.

In 2015 the temperature increased as high as 49c in Karachi and 1200 people lost their lives . Pakistan is on 7 number ,in Pakistan 0.6c temperature has increased .Climate change affect Southern part and its include area of Sindh .In Karachi temperature has increased about 1 degree and it will increase more about 2.5 degree that’s why we are facing heat stroke every year .Our monsoon weather has destroyed it has decrease about 15% ,river Indus has no more water because of reducing of rain. I Currently many people are suffering from heatstroke and admit in private or government hospitals .As a month of Ramadan citizens are fasting they cannot drink a single drop of water and cannot eat anything in a whole day that’s way there health’s are more affecting.

This most serious form of heat injury, heatstroke, can occur if your body temperature rises to 104 F (40 C) or higher. ... Heatstroke requires emergency treatment.

114 bodies were brought to the Edhi Foundation's morgues in Karachi's Korangi and Sohrab Goth areas in the past three days, out of which at least 65 had died from heatstroke. Most of the citizens who died from heatstroke were residents of Landhi and Korangi, . People did not get medical help on time, which resulted in their death,. Attempts to independently it is claimed inconclusive, as some of the families who lost their loved ones attributed the deaths to pre-existing ailments or other causes while hospital sources declined to comment. Then immediately move the person out of the heat, remove excess clothing, and cool him or her by whatever means available, for example ,place in a tube of cool water oer cool shower,spray wioth a garden hose, sponge with cool water, fan while misting cool water ,place ice packs or cool wet towels ,cover with cool damp sheets
Let the person drink cool water to rehydrate, if he or she is able. Don't give sugary, caffeinated or alcoholic beverages to a person with heatstroke. Also avoid very cold drinks, as these can cause stomach cramps.

Government should take any proper action by making dams ,plantation and constructions of houses.
