Allah almighty created three
things with his own hands. They are Holy Quran, man and the pen. Allah swears of
the pen and says that we taught man to write and learn things. The creator
himself admires the pen as the best creation. The pen looks like a simple thing,
but it is very useful. It has a great importance in education and literacy
circles. The writers, businessmen, officials, employers, managers and clerks.
Great literary works, diaries, pacts and legal documents are written with pen.
The pen never fails it users. The moment one starts writing with a pen,
important ideas filter through one’s mind and translate to characters and words
that read sensible and meaningful. The pen not only leaves an impression on a
scrap of paper, but also renders it a permanent document or record for future
reference. The pen is used for appending signatures on documents, making notes,
for gifting to one’s nears and dears and writing diaries. Since the pen is easy,
handy and reliable writing instrument, it is carried and used by right from
school to a university sophomore, a scholar, a professor, a young school
teacher, a pressman, newspaper editors, newsboys and newscasters. Prices range
from some rupees to hundreds of rupees. In a small sum of amount one can own
this great gift from Allah. The pen of the same price and quality may be owned
by a monarch. But it may to studded with precious jewels and look wonderfully
elegant. Functions of both the pen are same but the owners are different.
