Jamia Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki in Delhi
There was a dire need to lay down an Islamic institute in Delhi, that would meet the requirements of time. Because in reality, there was no religious school at the desired level according to the current requirements before, and this caused ignorance and backwardness at the level of belief, education and society. Alhadulillah, this came into existance due to the efforts of Islamic scholar Allama Maqbool Ahmad al-Salek al-Misbahi and his strenuous endeavors, when he laid the foundation stone for Jamai Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Al-Khaki on October 17, 2001 in a densely populated Muslim area in southeast Delhi. This Jamia is located in Madanpur Khadar Extension, Sarita Vihar near Badarpur, southeast of Delhi, New Delhi. This was a place of bliss and joy for the Muslim people, who were eager to deepen the bonds and links with Islamic ideas and religious teachings.
This does not need any explanation as it was apparently clear that there was an urgent need to establish an Islamic institute that belongs to the great Khalifa of Khawaja Muinuddin al-Ajmiri, (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki, (may Allah’s mercy be upon him) There was not Institute / School dedicated to this great Sufi and Murshid that should adopts the modern curricula and new methods. That includes new and old sciences and subjects and scientific and spiritual knowledge. That provides an opportunity for students and meritorious graduates from Madrasa background to get admission in Indian universities to pursue their higher studies?
Therefore, taking into consideration the importance of this type of An Islamic institute in the capital of the country, Islamic scholar Allama Maqbool Ahmad al-Salek al-Misbahi decided to found Jamia Khawaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar al-Khaki, who was really feeling the interest of an urgent call to build such kind of Islamic institute to make the new generation enlightened..
