CASE LAW “MURDER OF NOOR MUKADAM”

It is a controversial case law which is not solved till today. It is another case which is belonged to elite class. I condemn this murder from core of my heart. Conversely, the police have taken physical remand of Mr. Zahir Jaffer (Accused) from Court of Magistrate. The police investigation has not yet been completing in this matter. However, the police are continuing interrogation from different suspected who have involved in this case. In spite of all this, I have annoyed attitude of police officials in this matter. No doubt it is big loss for Noor Mukadam parents but it does mean they have alleged innocent characters who has not directly involved in this matter. I feel that the attitude of Ex-Ambassador has taken undue advantage of his repute and influence upon police as well as governmental level. Especially, the parent of Mr. Zahir Jaffer (accused) has arrested and according to police they directly involved in this matter. But they have no proof to prove guilty. It is not affair play. It is not a way to investigating through arrest of all family members. “Something wrong in the bottom”.

On the other hand, this case is creating many doubts about “Noor Mukadam” behaviors who has described by her drivers and cook. In my interpretation about this case it is a love story behind scenario which is resulted in a Murder. Mr. Zahir Jaffer (accused) has given confessional statement before police custody. His confessional statement before police custody has no valued. According to section-164 CR.PC confessional statement shall record before Magistrate. I am not saying Mr. Zahir Jaffer (accused) is an innocent. Mr. Zahir Jaffer (accused) is dual nationality holder. He has belonged to US citizen.

I am amusing the listening the news of Mr. Sheikh Rasheed, Interior Minister, he has announced Mr. Zahir Jaffer is criminal and his name put into ECL. How you got this information he is a criminal? In my interpretation about this case is slightly different. There are lot of questions bring my minds. Have Mr. Zahir Jaffer is a professional Killer? Have Zahir Jaffer kept previous criminal Record? Why his parents has nominated in FIR in (Noor Mukadam Murder)? Why this case is getting so much publicity? Have Mr. Sheikh Rasheed got evidence against Zahir Jaffer (accused)? How can you prove this case beyond the shadow of doubt? Why Noor Mukadam went to Zahir Jaffer (accused) house on that day? Why the statement of her driver and cook does not match? According to her driver “Noor Mukadam” went to Zahir Jaffer house why? Why she went to his house? These are the burning questions will help to understand actual position of this case and ascertain the reality which is connecting in this case. The performance of the police regarding in this matter is zero. We are not a fool to play with us. This is preplan agenda of someone else. If government presumed that Mr. Zahir Jaffer is criminal now the game is over.

The media is trying to influence upon this case. It is criminal matter. It is essential for all criminal matters, the inquiry should conduct without pressurize and coercion. The burden of prove shall come from prosecution. It is the duty of the prosecution to prove his case beyond the shadow of doubts. The ground of this case has made with diffusion of facts and hidden collusion. The evidence which has provided by police is not enough. It is seeing by us the police trying to over react in this case. Delay defeats the equity. The result of this case should bring in front of public. If Mr. Zahir Jaffer (accused) will prove guilty then he should punish according to law not will of others.
