KARACHI AMONGST THE DANGEROUS CITIES OF THE WORLD..
From over past two decades Karachi have been facing a serious problem of street crimes. As per data this year a total of 56,000 cases of street crime have been reported in Karachi. Out of these 19,000 were mobile phone snatching cases 104 were car theft cases and 1,383 were bike theft cases. These fact are showing an increase in crime compared to previous almost no where. This situation has caused a great deal of concern away residents of Karachi which has led to demand for more security means to put in place.
This digital age has given rise to a new group of activists, using power of internet to stand against injustice and in equality. This is because the provincial government is failed to curb such crimes. Where as on the other hand police is blaming the rise on the catastrophic flood. Now the questions stand still what would it take and who will be responsible to make Karachi free from this in factor?
