Educational Structure of Balochistan

Education is process to building good character it will provide for the development of the emotions as well as the brain. Education is the back bone of awareness for any society. If we talk About Education structure of Balochistan Education was always been a dream for the people of Balochistan, which clearly that education never been priority of ruling elite. In Balochistan, the current state of education is extremely poor, therefore it has been failed to produce the human resources required to run its public and private sector.

The Education system in state is functioning beyond it’s absorption capacity in order to run schools in far Flung Areas. Balochistan is the largest but least populated province of Pakistan with the 4.6% the total population of Pakistan. Educational Attainment in the province is lower then in the rest of country with an overall literacy rate 10.3% .This indicate that the education system in Balochistan has not performed well.

The reason Attributed to poor performance include ineffective educational plans and policies; inadequate numbers of schools lack of Qualified Teachers. Our System of Education is very Expensive in an economically backward Province Like Others, Education should be Cheap enough to permit everyone to reap it’s benefit. This is for the government to do.

Now Balochistan needs a new Education system free from the defects referred a true system of Education should produce honest citizens and efficient workers. Our Education system suffer much because really speaking, it is not our System at all. The private sector Totally destroy the Government institutions Because they know that Everyone needs classical Education and The Government institutions not provide that all those things, as they refer the public institutions for education because they give feedback & response.

The Government Needs Weekly or Monthly Check & Balance on The Government institutions And they have to provide those things which requires Like, School buildings , Qualified Teachers all necessary Things. Don’t propagate diffusion Between the Genders They have Also equal right to get the education as well as. Government Should Take these Steps for the Bringing New Educational system in Balochistan ,As the Citizens of Pakistani we All are our rights to get Education. Here in lies the way to future progress .
