Neither time nor tides can literally wait for anyone . it's an old English Proverb that means that both times and tides are uncontrollable.that's they can not be stopped or deflected in anyway.This proverb tells us"True worth of time "

Have you ever gone to the beach and observe the oceans Tides changes in time? Regardless of how much you need to keep it in your hand cusp it will flow back and the next flow will begin it's same with time .. Regardless of how tragic, joyful and delighted you are time will move on at it's rate
This clock is always ticking .it was ticking before and will ticking after us .no matter what happened the clock will never stop ticking .Time is the best and most cruel teacher.Time also have healing power.it is like a waterfall that never stop flowing

Time is valuable and more precious than money in our lives because without understanding the value of time and proper utilization of time in right direction .we can't earn money furthermore money and time,both are different because we can store money use it accordingly however we can't save ,store or use time accordingly.
