In 66 years, we have failed to
establish a civilized, prosperous, self-sufficient, peaceful, technically
advanced, politically stable and internationally sovereign state.
Leaders of political parties, media anchor persons, analysts, writers,
intellectuals, scholars and common men tell us numerous social, moral,
financial, judicial, political, governmental many other reasons of failure. In
order to know the real reason or reasons of failure, I have also spent many
years by observing and examining, as an impartial student, the cultural,
historical, moral, economic, judicial, political affairs and conditions
prevailing in all the regions of Pakistan. Meantime, I have discussed with some
intellectuals, analysts, professors, etc. and obtained their views and guidance.
Thereafter, I have come to my following conclusion:
The Intelligence Level of People of Pakistan is Low and is not able to establish
and maintain a desired state, e.g. civilized, prosperous, self-sufficient,
peaceful, technically advanced, politically stable and internationally sovereign
state.
It is a regretful, upsetting and disappointing reality. It hurtled me a lot;
depression and anxiety caught me and my weight decreased by several kilos. After
going through bad condition of health for many months, one day an idea flashed
in my mind: “Instead of expressing disappointment and facing bad health, I
should do my best to tell my countrymen the Real Reason of Failure and let no
stone unturned to improve the Present Level of people.” For the implementation
of my mission, I have written two books, one Urdu Language and one in English
Language. The name of Urdu book is “AKKAL, OOS KY MUKHTALIF MAYAR OUR OON KY
ASARAT” and the name of English book is “INTELLIGENCE, ITS DIFFERENT LEVELS AND
THEIR EFFECTS.” In both of the books I have made every effort, to the best of my
ability, to prove my above mentioned conclusion and submitted proposal for
improvement of Present Level of Intelligence of people.
My books have been appreciated beyond my expectation. The heads of most famous
libraries, professors, authors of books, poets, researchers, doctors, advocates,
religious scholars and peoples of other walks of life approved my books and
expressed the views and appreciation in their letters. Almost all the
librarians, many writers and several readers are of the opinion that my books
are unique and first ones on the subject of Intelligence, in the history of
Subcontinent. The Governor of Punjab was pleased enough to write a letter of
appreciation. Moreover, The Government of Punjab, Education Department (Higher
Education Wing) has approved my books for Colleges and Public Libraries by its
letter dated March 19, 2008.
