Violence in Rawalpindi

(Nazia Tahir, karachi)

The recent violence in Rawalpindi or the bombing of the Iranian embassy in Beirut are not the only manifestations of the infra-Muslim sectarian discord.

The Friday incident in the Rawalpindi city made the whole country disturbed and our Government took action urgently and called army made curfew. If just on this attack on a market of Rawalpindi Government called army then what about the rest of the cities’s situation like Quetta, Karachi these two cities are also facing nearly same situation. Day by day many innocent people were killed in target killing and no one taking action.

The citizens of Quetta and Karachi begged for army, for curfew, for help but no one was listening to them. Really a big disappointment we all faced.
