In these days, PU issue is
highlighted everywhere. It is a sad situation that students and teachers are
against each other.
It is commonly seen in every university that male and female students are not
happy with their lecturers/professors/educators, because these respectable
persons are no more teachers now. I still remember my fellows comment, "teachers
are only in schools." I think he is right. There are some reasons:
1. Paper marking is not fair sometimes, because uni-teachers must remember the
class behaviour of students while checking the paper.
2. Uni-teachers try to extra frank with female students, who are helpless to
slap on their faces when they try to flirt.
3. Male students do not study seriously in the universities, when girls get
position they use stupid language for them.
4. there is no check and balance system for injustice behavior of the faculty
members, who dumb the students mostly.
5. Some university teachers are jealous of rich and modern students, they use
their negative behavior to underestimate them.
6. In these, faculty members are very materialistic. They compete each other to
teach more courses for money and get students support for this purpose.
7. Mostly, the way of teaching is not influential on students mind. But students
bear it very patiently. Some students straightforwardly show their comments,
which results in low CGPA.
8. All the students are stressed, if they get some kind of teacher, who is not
eligible for the post. But due to having the reference of higher authorities,
they show their power in negative Paper marking.
9. The role of the chairman is very important, if he has less human
characteristics then there is must problematic situation ever.
There is the need of changing examination system in the universities of
Pakistan, which has caused of corrupt and unfair productions in Pakistan.
