Although There are many problems regarding our health system.we have poorly organized system of health ,lack of basic structure, design, and organization .our health priorities are not well defined. The soul problem is that our health system has been designed, develop and maintain by politicians instead of health professionals. The second main problem which has more importance is the lack of communication, lack of mutual sharing and understanding among members of basic health team i.e physician, pharmacist, nurses and dispenser. In our society people know few about the role of pharmacists, even physicians have less knowledge about their role in health system, intact pharmacists have very important and key role in health care system, without pharmacists health system is like a building without pillars. There are two main domains in health sector that are running in Pakistan.
1:government health care system
2:private health care system

Both are working for their own benefit they have no concern about the health of society. Both have weak regulations and infrastructure sometime behavior of medical staff is very rough toward patients specially in government hospitals that’s why and due to some other reasons society is now more oriented toward private sector hospitals.although the private sector playing an increasingly important role in health care in Pakistan but still it should be updated and maintain regularly.

There are few fact and figures that help us in estimating underline causes in our health system
