How Can Youth and Expereince Combine Together to Bring Positive Change

Youth is a symbol of hot blood,
enthusiasm and passions. When youth and experience combine together, we get
astonishing results. Experience is usually associated with the result of past
events. Experience is defined as the addition of new knowledge into pre-exist
knowledge while youth is usually blamed as blind action. It happens rare when
youth and experience combine and bring excellent outcome. But the question is
how we can combine them together to bring about positive changes?
Let us first analyse the possibilities of the amalgam of youth and experience.
Youth of any nation is an asset. If it is guided properly by experienced people,
their potential can be initialized more effectively. Leaders should have
experiences and youth should be their strength. The passions and enthusiasm of
the youth should be channelized by the experiences of experts.
Practical approach towards life is the first condition for success. The youth
should pass through a lot of experience. Without learning lesson from previous
incidents and accidents of life, no one can walk on the straight path of life.
If we put our youth to face the real challenges of life, we can bring a lot of
positive and quick changes. Youth should be given maximum chances for the free
use of their potential. They should be the part of nation building.
I would like to give humble suggestions to combine youth and experience for the
better results in life.
i. Under the supervision of their parents and their elders the youth should be
thrown into practical life as early as possible.
ii. Teachers should play their vital role to lead and guide their students to
take active part in such activities as youth festivals.
iii. Electronic and print media should play their positive role to motivate
youngster towards healthy activities.
iv. Our rulers should arrange such competitions as government of Punjab is doing
for the awakening of the sluggish and dormant faculties of the students.
v. Youth of the country should feel their responsibilities and upgrade the name
of their country in the world.
The sum and substance of all this discussion is that the people of west are
going advance in every field of life only because they have learnt the art of
combining youth and experience. Their youth is full of experience. China and
Japan are the countries which have made mark in the world due to this
combination. We are still behind and can hope that we will achieve this task in
near future. Our youth generation is ready for change. They only lack experience
and if we are successful in injecting experience into their blood, we will once
again get Muhammad Bin Qasim, Rashid Minhas and Tipu Sultan.
