TORONTO: Just like every drop
of blood and medicine gives a dying man new life, the stroke of a pen takes or
saves a life, the tongue heals or breaks the heart the same way even the
smallest contribution in any form which helps communities and humanity in
general as experience, inspiration and motivation becomes extremely precious,
priceless and tremendous. All benefit from them but the people with vision take
full advantage to serve humanity in reality.
Maulana Altaf Hussain Hali (1837-1914) and Allama Shibli Nomani (1857-1914) are
two such great personalities and leaders with tremendous contributions based on
vision and direction to help and guide the people. That spirit, efforts and
actions were badly needed by the people living in occupation and slavery to
boost their morale and keep them alive and on the right track. It was indeed a
great task.
I congratulate the Canpak Chamber of Commerce team including Chairman Shahid
Hashmi, Seema Hashmi, their family, friends and near and dear ones for always
working together and engaging in efforts and activities to not only recognize,
highlight, introduce and encourage the deserving people and works but most
importantly to keep people and communities united by promoting love and building
bridges. I have been attending most of the memorable events/programs organized
by them.
I also congratulate the veteran and distinguished TV Producer Nazimuddin Nazim
and his team for producing and directing the program on these two gems of the
community and humanity.
The glorious past always serves as a mirror for bright future. Let’s get
direction, vision and strength from our glorious past and pledge to always SERVE
HUMANITY IN REALITY.
