Poverty is the major social issue in Pakistan. Poverty creates begging, child labor and crimes. As of 2008, 17.2% of the total population lives below the poverty line. The faces of poverty are many but mostly those of children are especially affected badly in shape of child labor and begging. Poverty pushes its children to work in order to support their financially poor parents. The status of the family directs influences the choices available to a child and obliviously if a family is extremely poor with comparatively less resources than consequently, each member if it a child or an adult will be required to work and bring money in order to survive. They are bound to beg, to sell and sometimes they also involved in crimes in small ages and whole life they are doing same. These children deprived of the basic necessities of life. At least 10 million children are believed to be working in Pakistan at a variety of jobs. Some of the hardest and most poorly paid. They are made to work in every way. Sometimes they are selling flowers, balloons, towels, newspapers and dusters on the signals. They run along with moving cars to beg and convince. Many children are work in different places like hotels, car workshops, in houses, sports and carpet industries. In Pakistan 7% of children suffer from health problems and physically abused as well by their owners. On other side, sometimes rising poverty is forcing a growing number of families to sell children, if this type of situation exists in the country than future of these children is obliterate awfully. These children are the future of Pakistan but in form of child labor, begging and if they are involve in crimes they have no future and insecure for country’s future. These children are keeping a right on joy of life but they are totally rejected by the society. They have tools instead of toys, books and absolutely no joy, no games, no laughter, no warmth and no care. At what time this type of circumstances changed and abolished and these children get their right and needs what time these children have secured the future and get better status in the society. May be it is happened that these little hands carry books instead of tools and their faces would be charmed by a mesmerizing smile. So it is hoped that Pakistan our country progress with these upbringing faces.
