Technological advancement Impacts on human labor and employment opportunities

Is the invention of latest technologies dents the human labor at certain features or not??it defines the answer as‘’Yes’’, but we should have toanalyze that, such technological changes occurs in our society may also provide more employment opportunities and enhance the jobs ratio, e.g. due to the latest machineries our management services jobs become more healthier in quantity. The concept of employment increases or decreases is also based on the nature of the Job, some of the job gets more professional enhancement due to the technological achievements and some jobs (especially those are link with less-skillful elements) get negative effect with the technological inventions.

Although, considering all these facts, technology revolution is replacing human beings with machines in almost every economic sector in the global economy andmillions of workers have been enduringly eliminated from the economic setup.Due to the technological advancement, the older labor suffers the most, according to a survey in USA, 63 million men and women labor get un-employed, who are above than 55 years in 2002 and this ratio will increase up to 103 million in 2025. The biggest reason behind that is the lack of modern skills,old people cannot learn new skills to retain their employments.

To control the unemployment rate in the technological era, we should have to impart such skills that provide labors to adjust with new technological equipment and enable themselves according to the means of modern employment system. There is no doubt about the importance of technology as the economic achievements are concern, but the point is that if we wants to get more employment benefits from technology, than we should have to create such alternative opportunities to ourlabors who are not enough skillful and cannot compete with the usage criteria of advance technological inventions. We should not replace the human labor at the large level, if technology covers the different aspects of our solutions than we have to utilize technological inventions in such a manner that create a balance in employment sector.
