Creative psychos (Bi-polar disorder)

The most creative physiological illness named bi-polar disorder. Some also call it a personality disorder because of the patient’s activities. The disorder was first discovered in 19th century. Out of the total population of America 5.7 million or 2.6% are living with bi-polar disorder.

The disorder has three to four types depending on severity of the symptoms. The patient in this disorder suffers with severe mood swings. The patient faces two types of mood in this disorder.

1. hyper mood or hyper episodes (symptoms are given below)

in this episode the patient feels
• extreme energy,
• high aggression,
• Over confident,
• Lost of fear
• Extra risk taking
in this type of episode the patient feels him or herself extremely healthy and fine and they avoid to use the medicines

2. Depressive mood or depressive episodes (symptoms are given below)
in this episode the patient feels
• Depressed
• Lost of hope
• Suicidal thoughts (attempts in severe cases)
• Excessive sleep
• Fear
 
In most of the cases when some one becomes a victim of bi-polar disorder people start ignoring their activities which trigger bi-polar to more severity. If some one watches these type of mood swings and symptoms in some one ask his or her care takers to take the person to the doctor so they can be medicated because science has not yet found any cure of bipolar disorder and the patient can only come out of these mood swings by medications
