?Feel very Hungry or very Thirsty while Fasting

People may feel too hungry or
too thirsty while fasting, which can be helped by taking proper diet. Here are
tips.
For Hunger:
Sun Flower Seeds are a good source of protein (like beans), but it also boosts
Serotonin (a neurotransmitter), which provides emotional stability that means it
is good for our mental health.
Flax Seeds are a good source of Omega-3, a food fat for our mind.
Lets make it easy to consume, mix sun flower seeds (a source of protein &
neurotransmitters) and flax seeds (a source of omega-3, healthy fats) in equal
quantity, crush it by a kitchen grinder and preserve it in a container. Have
2-table spoons (sprinkle over food or put it in a glass of water, add some raw
sugar and drink it) in morning and have 2-table spoons in evening.
One of the additional benefits is, it will not let your stomach to quickly empty
itself while fasting! Hence it is a good tip for diabetic people as well.
For Thirst:
Boil Brown Rice (fibre food) during day, keep it in a fridge, next morning eat
it by mixing some natural (organic) milk and raw sugar! It will not let you feel
dehydrated during the day! I tried it last year, the days I missed it made me
feel dehydrated!! Fibre in brown rice will not let your stomach to quickly empty
itself while fasting!
