Is Smoking A dangerous addiction?

Smoking is the inhalation of
the smoke of burning tobacco cased in cigarette, pipes and sighars.
"WHENEVER I THINK TO QUIT SMOKING, I NEED A CIGARETTE TO THINK"
Some people have made themselves smoke addicted to get relax from the hectic
routine of their life. People use smoke to make themselves fresh and active but
there is always a statutory warning we can find on every cigarette packet
"smoking is injurious to health", while knowing this fact some play with their
lives. Nicotine present in tobacco spoils the lungs, takes ten seconds for
reaching the brain and twenty seconds to depress in the body. It is psycho
stimulant and increases the level of epinephrine in the blood by activating
adrenal glands. Many people have a compulsive need to smoke in fact their body
starts craving for the dose of nicotine. This smoking brings a lot of changes in
one's mind and nervous system.
There are some causes of smoking
1. Genetic Cause
2. Peer Pressure
which is the major cause of smoking now a days. Many adolescent s start smoking
at this very age because of peer pressure.
3.Stress
Smoking at once makes person active and lighters the stress which has made
people smoke addicted.
Smokers do not realize the adverse effects of having smoke in the early stages
but as it becomes an addiction to them, it shows it's real face in forms of
various diseases in a person's body. It's every word is a sign of disease.

Having smoke is killing a person before his real death. Smokers are committing
slow sucide.
To quit smoking is not comfortable, such people are difficult to handle and some
people are not able to handle these feelings. Sudden decrease in amount of
nicotine can result in anger, mulish, ranting and grumpy behaviour.
After knowing these things one should not play with his life and with draw
smoking, because it is a dangerous addiction to death.
