The obesity is taking place in 
our world very rapidly. Everyone wants to look himself fit and smart. But alas, 
very few take step for combating from obesity. Daily exercise is the ultimate 
solution for combating from obesity and laziness. The exercise keeps one smart 
and fit for a long time. It is of such significance that one should decide for 
not leaving it throughout his whole life. Our youth seems to flee away from 
doing exercise. The main reason for this distance comes to mind is using smart 
phones and gadgets like lap tops etc. These engagements have taken them very far 
from the exercises. For those folks, I am mentioning some benefits of doing 
exercise. 
1. Controlling the weight: Daily exercise controls the weight as by exercise 
calories burn and fat gets reduced and body remains in shape.
2. Exercise fights against diseases: One who exercises daily, gets increase in 
high-density Lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol and decreases the 
triglycerides or bad fats. So, due to regular exercises, one gets strong enough 
for resisting against diseases.
3. Exercise as a tool for improving mood: The chores of daily routine make one 
tired and tensed. So, exercise enhances the brain chemicals which changes the 
moods and gets one feel good and refreshed. Furthermore, the exercise makes one 
feel a lot of confidence which comes due to looking a good shape of body.
4. Exercise brings energy: After getting tired from hectic routine of daily 
chores, when one feels very exhausted, exercise gets him energized. Usually, it 
is understood that after tiredness, no physical activity can bring energy back. 
But very strangely, exercise transforms one into more energized person even 
after passing through a hectic routine.
5. Exercise bestows a good sleep: Exercise gives a good sleep to that person, 
who performs it regularly. It is the outcome of exercise that it gives a sound 
sleep to those who exercise daily.
6. Exercise is a social activity: Usually, exercise is carried out in public 
places like in parks and gyms, which give people an opportunity to meet with 
others. And these meetings give a sense of freshness and one feels very good in 
his inner-self.
Along with them, the most important reason for muslims to do exercise is that, 
it is one of main duty of a muslim to keep himself fit enough to perform his 
religious responsibilities. So, if any muslim who aims to do exercises to keep 
himself fit for fulfilling religious responsibilities, Allah gives him a good 
return for it ultimately in this life and the life hereinafter.
