Due to increased number of traumas being experienced by Pakistani people, as many psychologist strongly said there was a dire need to establish Psychological First Aid or Psychological Emergency Services in whole Pakistan, which would respond to emergency situations. I have also send many proposal in this regard had been submitted to the government of khyber patoonkhwa and also will send to Govt,of Pakistan. the most common psychological/mental disorders reported in Pakistan include:
1. Anxiety Disorders
The most common types of anxiety disorders include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Panic Disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and specific phobias.
2. Mood Disorders
If some one experience long regular periods of acute sadness or tremendous happiness, possibly suffering from Mood disorder. Also termed as effective disorders,This disorder includes chronic depression, mania, and bipolar disorder.
3. Psychotic Disorders
As the name suggests, it deeply affects the psyche of a person and he can experience, in addition to more disturbing symptoms like schizophrenia, which is the most likely result of psychotic disorder.
4. Eating Disorders
