One of the most critical factoring human's lives is their "Health". It is the most precious thing of human’s lives. If the person is unhealthy, there's nothing much that he could do to be productive in life. Your actions as limited since you will have a lot of things which you are prohibited to do. Therefore, the World Health Day is celebrated by the people all across the world every year on 7th of April under the leadership of World Health Organization to draw the mass people attention towards the importance of global health. It was first celebrated worldwide in the year 1950 as the World Health Day to raise the common public awareness towards the health issues and concerns.

Each year, WHO picks a theme that highlights an important area of public health, initiates discussion and calls for action from countries across the globe. Many of us might suffer from health problems in some course of our lives. If we are physically and mentally healthy then we can definitely enjoy a healthy life too, so being healthy is a great blessing for us.

There is a saying that “A sound mind in a sound body.” This one phrase can give us an idea of how value is health. A good and a strong health is not something that is sold at a grocery store but it is something that we have to create and also maintain at the same time. A good health is achieved by following a few collective patterns which are health related. If we follow this logic then we will also realize the importance of having a healthy lifestyle which will add to the benefits of having a healthy life. One can start with following the pattern of eating the right things at the right time and also exercising too. These healthy patterns will help to lead to reduced illness which in turn will also help save a lot of money that we turn up spending for recovering from various illnesses.

Keeping ourselves healthy could be very challenging in some people especially those people who have passion in eating. The food that we eat today is not that safe anymore since manufacturers uses chemicals to grow them. But there is always something could keep us healthy. Here are some of those.

Regular Exercise: We need to do exercise to keep or body fit and healthy, not just a simple exercise but a regular exercise. Everybody could do exercise but there are only few people who could keep up with regular exercise since most of us are lazy to do it. Doing regular exercise could really contribute a lot with regards to our health. This could make us active, relax, and attentive at the same time. You could buy those exercise equipments that you can use for your exercise, like dumbbells, treadmills, stationary bikes and so on.

Proper Diet: The food that we eat is one of the causes of our sickness. If we love to eat meat and fatty foods, then don't be surprised if in the future you will suffer from hypertension, or kidney disorders, and other dangerous diseases. That's why if you want to be and stay healthy, you need to choose what you eat. You need to eat nutritious food like fruits and vegetables. Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and you will have lesser problems with regards to your health.

Take Vitamins: This could be optional but since the food that we eat nowadays are not that safe and nutritious, vitamins have required especially to those people who always feel weak. Vitamins could help you become energized and also boost up your immune system so you won't get easily sick.

Aside from these three, there are also other important factors that you need to know with regards to keeping us healthy. Not only the food that we eat but also our lifestyle could be one of the factors.
