قُلْ اَغَیْرَ اللّٰهِ اَتَّخِذُ وَلِیًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ وَ هُوَ یُطْعِمُ وَ لَا یُطْعَمُؕ-قُلْ اِنِّیْۤ اُمِرْتُ اَنْ اَكُوْنَ اَوَّلَ مَنْ اَسْلَمَ وَ لَا تَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِیْنَ ﴿۱۴﴾

تم فرماؤ کیا اللہ کے سوا کسی اور کو والی بناؤں (ف۳۶) وہ اللہ جس نے آسمان اور زمین پیدا کیے اور وہ کھلاتا ہے اور کھانے سے پاک ہے (ف۳۷) تم فرماؤ مجھے حکم ہوا ہے کہ سب سے پہلے گردن رکھوں (ف۳۸) اور ہرگز شرک والوں میں سے نہ ہونا، ﴿۱۴﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) کہو کیا میں خدا کو چھوڑ کر کسی اور کو مددگار بناؤں کہ (وہی تو) آسمانوں اور زمین کا پیدا کرنے والا ہے اور وہی (سب کو) کھانا دیتا ہے اور خود کسی سے کھانا نہیں لیتا (یہ بھی) کہہ دو کہ مجھے یہ حکم ہوا ہے کہ میں سب سے پہلے اسلام لانے والا ہوں اور یہ کہ تم (اے پیغمبر!) مشرکوں میں نہ ہونا ﴿۱۴﴾

Say: Shall I choose for a protecting friend other than Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, Who feedeth and is never fed? Say: I am ordered to be the first to surrender (unto Him). And be not thou (O Muhammad) of the idolaters. ﴾14﴿
