اِذْ یُرِیْكَهُمُ اللّٰهُ فِیْ مَنَامِكَ قَلِیْلًاؕ-وَ لَوْ اَرٰىكَهُمْ كَثِیْرًا لَّفَشِلْتُمْ وَ لَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِی الْاَمْرِ وَ لٰـكِنَّ اللّٰهَ سَلَّمَؕ-اِنَّهٗ عَلِیْمٌۢ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُوْرِ ﴿۴۳﴾

جب کہ اے محبوب! اللہ ٹمہیں کافروں کو تمہاری خواب میں تھو ڑا دکھاتا تھا (ف۷۹) اور اے مسلمانو! اگر وہ تمہیں بہت کرکے دکھاتا تو ضرور تم بزدلی کرتے اور معاملہ میں جھگڑا ڈالتے (ف۸۰) مگر اللہ نے بچا لیا (ف۸۱) بیشک وہ دلوں کی بات جانتا ہے، ﴿۴۳﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اس وقت خدا نے تمہیں خواب میں کافروں کو تھوڑی تعداد میں دکھایا۔ اور اگر بہت کر کے دکھاتا تو تم لوگ جی چھوڑ دیتے اور (جو) کام (درپیش تھا اس) میں جھگڑنے لگتے لیکن خدا نے (تمہیں اس سے) بچا لیا۔ بےشک وہ سینوں کی باتوں تک سے واقف ہے ﴿۴۳﴾

Surah Anfal Ayat 43 with English Translation

When Allah showed them unto thee (O Muhammad) in thy dream as few in number, and if He had shown them to thee as many, ye (Muslims) would have faltered and would have quarrelled over the affair. But Allah saved (you). Lo! He knoweth what is in the breasts (of men). ﴾43﴿
