وَ لَمَّاۤ اَنْ جَآءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوْطًا سِیْٓءَ بِهِمْ وَ ضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَّ قَالُوْا لَا تَخَفْ وَ لَا تَحْزَنْ- اِنَّا مُنَجُّوْكَ وَ اَهْلَكَ اِلَّا امْرَاَتَكَ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغٰبِرِیْنَ ﴿۳۳﴾

اور جب ہمارے فرشتے لوط کے پاس (ف۸۲) آئے ان کا آنا اسے ناگوار ہوا اور ان کے سبب دل تنگ ہوا (ف۸۳) اور انہوں نے کہا نہ ڈریے (ف۸۴) اور نہ غم کیجئے (ف۸۵) بیشک ہم آپ کو اور آپ کے گھر والوں کو نجات دیں گے مگر آپ کی عورت وہ رہ جانے والوں میں ہے، ﴿۳۳﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور جب ہمارے فرشتے لوط کے پاس آئے تو وہ اُن (کی وجہ) سے ناخوش اور تنگ دل ہوئے۔ فرشتوں نے کہا کچھ خوف نہ کیجئے۔ اور نہ رنج کیجئے ہم آپ کو اور آپ کے گھر والوں کو بچالیں گے مگر آپ کی بیوی کہ پیچھے رہنے والوں میں ہوگی ﴿۳۳﴾

And when Our messengers came unto Lot, he was troubled upon their account, for he could not protect them; but they said: Fear not, nor grieve! Lo! we are to deliver thee and thy household, (all) save thy wife, who is of those who stay behind. ﴾33﴿
