الَّذِیْنَ اتَّخَذُوْا دِیْنَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَّ لَعِبًا وَّ غَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَیٰوةُ الدُّنْیَاۚ-فَالْیَوْمَ نَنْسٰىهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوْا لِقَآءَ یَوْمِهِمْ هٰذَاۙ-وَ مَا كَانُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا یَجْحَدُوْنَ ﴿۵۱﴾

جنہوں نے اپنے دین کو کھیل تماشا بنایا (ف۹۰) اور دنیا کی زیست نے انہیں فریب دیا (ف۹۱) تو آج ہم انہیں چھوڑ دیں گے جیسا انہوں نے اس دن کے ملنے کا خیال چھوڑا تھا اور جیسا ہماری آیتوں سے انکار کرتے تھے، ﴿۵۱﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) جنہوں نے اپنے دین کو تماشا اور کھیل بنا رکھا تھا اور دنیا کی زندگی نے ان کو دھوکے میں ڈال رکھا تھا۔ تو جس طرح یہ لوگ اس دن کے آنے کو بھولے ہوئے اور ہماری آیتوں سے منکر ہو رہے تھے۔ اسی طرح آج ہم بھی انہیں بھلا دیں گے ﴿۵۱﴾

Who took their religion for a sport and pastime, and whom the life of the world beguiled. So this day We have forgotten them even as they forgot the meeting of this their Day and as they used to deny Our tokens. ﴾51﴿
