مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِّنْ لِّیْنَةٍ اَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوْهَا قَآىٕمَةً عَلٰۤى اُصُوْلِهَا فَبِاِذْنِ اللّٰهِ وَ لِیُخْزِیَ الْفٰسِقِیْنَ ﴿۵﴾

جو درخت تم نے کاٹے یا ان کی جڑوں پر قائم چھوڑ دیے یہ سب اللہ کی اجازت سے تھا (ف۱۴) اور اس لیے کہ فاسقوں کو رسوا کرے (ف۱۵) ﴿۵﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) (مومنو) کھجور کے جو درخت تم نے کاٹ ڈالے یا ان کو اپنی جڑوں پر کھڑا رہنے دیا سو خدا کے حکم سے تھا اور مقصود یہ تھا کہ وہ نافرمانوں کو رسوا کرے ﴿۵﴾
