مَثَلُ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِرَبِّهِمْ اَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَ مَادِ ﹰ اشْتَدَّتْ بِهِ الرِّیْحُ فِیْ یَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍؕ-لَا یَقْدِرُوْنَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوْا عَلٰى شَیْءٍؕ-ذٰلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلٰلُ الْبَعِیْدُ ﴿۱۸﴾

اپنے رب سے منکروں کا حال ایسا ہے کہ ان کے کام ہیں (ف ۴۲) جیسے راکھ کہ اس پر ہوا کا سخت جھونکا آیا آندھی کے دن میں (ف۴۳) ساری کمائی میں سے کچھ ہاتھ نہ لگا، یہی ہے دور کی گمراہی، ﴿۱۸﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) جن لوگوں نے اپنے پروردگار سے کفر کیا ان کے اعمال کی مثال راکھ کی سی ہے کہ آندھی کے دن اس پر زور کی ہوا چلے (اور) اسے اڑا لے جائے (اس طرح) جو کام وہ کرتے رہے ان پر ان کو کچھ دسترس نہ ہوگی۔ یہی تو پرلے سرے کی گمراہی ہے ﴿۱۸﴾

Surah Ibrahim Ayat 18 with English Translation

A similitude of those who disbelieve in their Lord: Their works are as ashes which the wind bloweth hard upon a stormy day. They have no control of aught that they have earned. That is the extreme failure. ﴾18﴿
