ذٰلِكُمْ بِاَنَّكُمُ اتَّخَذْتُمْ اٰیٰتِ اللّٰهِ هُزُوًا وَّ غَرَّتْكُمُ الْحَیٰوةُ الدُّنْیَاۚ-فَالْیَوْمَ لَا یُخْرَجُوْنَ مِنْهَا وَ لَا هُمْ یُسْتَعْتَبُوْنَ ﴿۳۵﴾

یہ اس لیے کہ تم نے اللہ کی آیتوں کا ٹھٹھا (مذاق) بنایا اور دنیا کی زندگی نے تمہیں فریب دیا (ف۶۹) تو آج نہ وہ آگ سے نکالے جائیں اور نہ ان سے کوئی منانا چاہے (ف۷۰) ﴿۳۵﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) یہ اس لئے کہ تم نے خدا کی آیتوں کو مخول بنا رکھا تھا اور دنیا کی زندگی نے تم کو دھوکے میں ڈال رکھا تھا۔ سو آج یہ لوگ نہ دوزخ سے نکالے جائیں گے اور نہ ان کی توبہ قبول کی جائے گی ﴿۳۵﴾
