قُلْ یٰۤاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ هَلْ تَنْقِمُوْنَ مِنَّاۤ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَ مَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَیْنَا وَ مَاۤ اُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلُۙ-وَ اَنَّ اَكْثَرَكُمْ فٰسِقُوْنَ ﴿۵۹﴾

تم فرماؤ اے کتابیوں تمہیں ہمارا کیا برا لگا یہی نہ کہ ہم ایمان لائے اللہ پر اور اس پر جو ہماری طرف اترا اور اس پر جو پہلے اترا (ف۱۵۲) اور یہ کہ تم میں اکثر بے حکم ہیں، ﴿۵۹﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) کہو کہ اے اہل کتاب! تم ہم میں برائی ہی کیا دیکھتے ہو سوا اس کے کہ ہم خدا پر اور جو (کتاب) ہم پر نازل ہوئی اس پر اور جو (کتابیں) پہلے نازل ہوئیں ان پر ایمان لائے ہیں اور تم میں اکثر بدکردار ہیں ﴿۵۹﴾
