الَّذِیْنَ تَتَوَفّٰىهُمُ الْمَلٰٓىٕكَةُ ظَالِمِیْۤ اَنْفُسِهِمْ۪-فَاَلْقَوُا السَّلَمَ مَا كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ مِنْ سُوْٓءٍؕ-بَلٰۤى اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلِیْمٌۢ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُوْنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

وہ کہ فرشتے ان کی جان نکالتے ہیں اس حال پر کیا وہ اپنا برا کررہے تھے (ف۵۰) اب صلح ڈالیں گے (ف۵۱) کہ ہم تو کچھ برائی نہ کرتے تھے (ف۵۲) ہاں کیوں نہیں، بیشک اللہ خوب جانتا ہے جو تمہارے کوتک (برے اعمال) تھے (ف۵۳) ﴿۲۸﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) (ان کا حال یہ ہے کہ) جب فرشتے ان کی روحیں قبض کرنے لگتے ہیں (اور یہ) اپنے ہی حق میں ظلم کرنے والے (ہوتے ہیں) تو مطیع ومنقاد ہوجاتے ہیں (اور کہتے ہیں) کہ ہم کوئی برا کام نہیں کرتے تھے۔ ہاں جو کچھ تم کیا کرتے تھے خدا اسے خوب جانتا ہے ﴿۲۸﴾

Surah Nahl Ayat 28 with English Translation

Whom the angels cause to die while they are wronging themselves. Then will they make full submission (saying): We used not to do any wrong. Nay! Surely Allah is Knower of what ye used to do. ﴾28﴿
