ثُمَّ كُلِیْ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِ فَاسْلُكِیْ سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلًاؕ-یَخْرُ جُ مِنْۢ بُطُوْنِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ اَلْوَانُهٗ فِیْهِ شِفَآءٌ لِّلنَّاسِؕ-اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰیَةً لِّقَوْمٍ یَّتَفَكَّرُوْنَ ﴿۶۹﴾

پھر ہر قسم کے پھل میں سے کھا اور (ف۱۴۲) اپنے رب کی راہیں چل کر تیرے لیے نرم و آسان ہیں، (ف۱۴۳) اس کے پیٹ سے ایک پینے کی چیز رنگ برنگ نکلتی ہے، جس میں لوگوں کی تندرستی ہے، بیشک اس میں نشانی ہے (ف۱۴۷) دھیان کرنے والوں کو، (ف۱۴۸) ﴿۶۹﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور ہر قسم کے میوے کھا۔ اور اپنے پروردگار کے صاف رستوں پر چلی جا۔ اس کے پیٹ سے پینے کی چیز نکلتی ہے جس کے مختلف رنگ ہوتے ہیں اس میں لوگوں (کے کئی امراض) کی شفا ہے۔ بےشک سوچنے والوں کے لیے اس میں بھی نشانی ہے ﴿۶۹﴾

Surah Nahl Ayat 69 with English Translation

Then eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink divers of hues, wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect. ﴾69﴿
