وَ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِیَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدٰنِ وَ الْاَقْرَبُوْنَؕ-وَ الَّذِیْنَ عَقَدَتْ اَیْمَانُكُمْ فَاٰتُوْهُمْ نَصِیْبَهُمْؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَیْءٍ شَهِیْدًا ﴿۳۳﴾

اور ہم نے سب کے لئے مال کے مستحق بنادیے ہیں جو کچھ چھوڑ جائیں ماں باپ اور قرابت والے اور وہ جن سے تمہارا حلف بندھ چکا (ف۹۸) انہیں ان کا حصہ دو، بیشک ہر چیز اللہ کے سامنے ہے، ﴿۳۳﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور جو مال ماں باپ اور رشتہ دار چھوڑ مریں تو (حق داروں میں تقسیم کردو کہ) ہم نے ہر ایک کے حقدار مقرر کردیئے ہیں اور جن لوگوں سے تم عہد کرچکے ہو ان کو بھی ان کا حصہ دو بےشک خدا ہر چیز کے سامنے ہے ﴿۳۳﴾
