یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَتَّبِعُوْا خُطُوٰتِ الشَّیْطٰنِؕ-وَ مَنْ یَّتَّبِـعْ خُطُوٰتِ الشَّیْطٰنِ فَاِنَّهٗ یَاْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَآءِ وَ الْمُنْكَرِؕ-وَ لَوْ لَا فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ عَلَیْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَتُهٗ مَا زَكٰى مِنْكُمْ مِّنْ اَحَدٍ اَبَدًاۙ-وَّ لٰكِنَّ اللّٰهَ یُزَكِّیْ مَنْ یَّشَآءُؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ سَمِیْعٌ عَلِیْمٌ ﴿۲۱﴾

تو تم اس کا مزہ چکھتے (ف۳۰) اے ایمان والو! شیطان کے قدموں پر نہ چلو، اور جو شیطان کے قدموں پر چلے تو وہ تو بے حیائی اور بری ہی بات بتائے گا (ف۳۱) اور اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت تم پر نہ ہوتی تو تم میں کوئی بھی کبھی ستھرا نہ ہوسکتا (ف۳۲) ہاں اللہ ستھرا کردیتا ہے جسے چاہے (ف۳۳) اور اللہ سنتا جانتا ہے، ﴿۲۱﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اے مومنو! شیطان کے قدموں پر نہ چلنا۔ اور جو شخص شیطان کے قدموں پر چلے گا تو شیطان تو بےحیائی (کی باتیں) اور برے کام ہی بتائے گا۔ اور اگر تم پر خدا کا فضل اور اس کی مہربانی نہ ہوتی تو ایک شخص بھی تم میں پاک نہ ہوسکتا۔ مگر خدا جس کو چاہتا ہے پاک کردیتا ہے۔ اور خدا سننے والا (اور) جاننے والا ہے ﴿۲۱﴾

Surah Noor Ayat 21 with English Translation

O ye who believe! Follow not the footsteps of the devil. Unto whomsoever followeth the footsteps of the devil, lo! he commandeth filthiness and wrong. Had it not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy unto you, not one of you would ever have grown pure. But Allah causeth whom He will to grow. And Allah is Hearer, Knower. ﴾21﴿
