وَ هُوَ الَّذِیْ یُنَزِّلُ الْغَیْثَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوْا وَ یَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهٗؕ-وَ هُوَ الْوَلِیُّ الْحَمِیْدُ ﴿۲۸﴾

Surah Shura Ayat 28 with Urdu Translation

اور وہی ہے کہ مینہ اتارتا ہے ان کے نا امید ہونے پر اور اپنی رحمت پھیلاتا ہے (ف۸۱) اور وہی کام بنانے والا ہے سب خوبیوں سراہا، ﴿۲۸﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور وہی تو ہے جو لوگوں کے ناامید ہوجانے کے بعد مینہ برساتا اور اپنی رحمت (یعنی بارش) کی برکت کو پھیلا دیتا ہے۔ اور وہ کارساز اور سزاوار تعریف ہے ﴿۲۸﴾
