لَیْسَ عَلَى الضُّعَفَآءِ وَ لَا عَلَى الْمَرْضٰى وَ لَا عَلَى الَّذِیْنَ لَا یَجِدُوْنَ مَا یُنْفِقُوْنَ حَرَجٌ اِذَا نَصَحُوْا لِلّٰهِ وَ رَسُوْلِهٖؕ-مَا عَلَى الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ مِنْ سَبِیْلٍؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ ﴿۹۱﴾

ضعیفوں پر کچھ حرج نہیں (ف۲۰۲) اور نہ بیماروں پر (ف۲۰۳) اور نہ ان پر جنہیں خرچ کا مقدور نہ ہو (ف۲۰۴) جب کہ اللہ اور رسول کے خیر خواہ رہیں (ف۲۰۵) نیکی والوں پر کوئی راہ نہیں (ف۲۰۶) اور اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے، ﴿۹۱﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) نہ تو ضعیفوں پر کچھ گناہ ہے اور نہ بیماروں پر نہ ان پر جن کے پاس خرچ موجود نہیں (کہ شریک جہاد نہ ہوں یعنی) جب کہ خدا اور اس کے رسول کے خیراندیش (اور دل سے ان کے ساتھ) ہوں۔ نیکو کاروں پر کسی طرح کا الزام نہیں ہے۔ اور خدا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ﴿۹۱﴾

Surah Taubah Ayat 91 with English Translation

Not unto the weak nor unto the sick nor unto those who can find naught to spend is any fault (to be imputed though they stay at home) if they are true to Allah and His messenger. Not unto the good is there any road (of blame). Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. ﴾91﴿
