حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ أَطْيَبَ مَا أَكَلْتُمْ مِنْ كَسْبِكُمْ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنَّ أَوْلَادَكُمْ مِنْ كَسْبِكُمْ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ جَابِرٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ هَذَا،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أُمِّهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ،‏‏‏‏ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ يَدَ الْوَالِدِ مَبْسُوطَةٌ فِي مَالِ وَلَدِهِ،‏‏‏‏ يَأْخُذُ مَا شَاءَ،‏‏‏‏ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَأْخُذُ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِلَّا عِنْدَ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَيْهِ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”سب سے پاکیزہ چیز جس کو تم کھاتے ہو تمہاری اپنی کمائی ہے اور تمہاری اولاد بھی تمہاری کمائی میں سے ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- بعض لوگوں نے عمارہ بن عمیر سے اور عمارہ نے اپنی ماں سے اور ان کی ماں نے عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت کی ہے، لیکن اکثر راویوں نے «عن أمّه» کے بجائے «عن عمته» کہا ہے یعنی عمارہ بن عمیر نے اپنی پھوپھی سے اور انہوں نے عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے روایت کی ہے، ۳- اس باب میں جابر اور عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۴- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ باپ کو بیٹے کے مال میں کلی اختیار ہے وہ جتنا چاہے لے سکتا ہے، ۵- اور بعض کہتے ہیں کہ باپ اپنے بیٹے کے مال سے بوقت ضرورت ہی لے سکتا ہے۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Indeed the most wholesome of what you consume is from your earnings, and indeed your children are from your earnings.
