حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمُؤْمِنُ غِرٌّ كَرِيمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْفَاجِرُ خِبٌّ لَئِيمٌ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مومن بھولا بھالا اور شریف ہوتا ہے، اور فاجر دھوکہ باز اور کمینہ خصلت ہوتا ہے“ ۱؎۔

English Translation

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: The believer is naively noble and the stingy person is deceitfully treacherous.
