حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْبَاهِلِيُّ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيَّ، يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو، يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ الْمَقَادِيرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِخَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: ”اللہ تعالیٰ نے تقدیر کو زمین و آسمان کی پیدائش سے پچاس ہزار سال پہلے لکھا تھا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث اس سند سے حسن صحیح غریب ہے۔

English Translation

Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: Allah decreed the measures fiffy-thousand years before He created the Heavens and the earth.
